  • Name, email, and phone number when you register for a webinar, join our email list, or book a consultation
  • Information you submit through forms, surveys, or chat/booking tools
  • Payment information, collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our own servers.

Information collected automatically:

  • IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referral source, via cookies and similar tracking technologies

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Deliver webinars, courses, and coaching services you’ve registered for
  • Send marketing and educational communications (you can unsubscribe anytime)
  • Improve our Site, content, and offers
  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer support
  • Process payments through Stripe
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

  • Service providers who help us operate (our CRM/automation platform, email delivery, webinar/video hosting, and Stripe for payment processing)
  • Legal authorities when required by law
  • A successor entity in the event of a business sale or merger

We do not currently have a reliable way to determine a visitor’s location before you provide it to us (e.g., through registration), so these rights are honored for any visitor who identifies as being covered by them, regardless of confirmed location.
